Legal Experience
Erin Hong-Gerstner focuses her practice on construction law and commercial litigation. Ms. Hong-Gerstner represents construction and design professionals, along with property owners, in any legal issues they may encounter in the course of their business. Prior to joining The Holt Group, Ms. Hong-Gerstner practiced in Virginia and Colorado for seven years, where she litigated in areas including construction law, government contracts, land use, and employment law, and she has considerable experience in all phases of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. In addition to representing her clients, Ms. Hong-Gerstner is also an accomplished legal writer, with multiple published articles in legal journals relating to emerging technologies.
