Legal Experience

Mr. Gogarty has significant civil litigation experience, having represented local and national companies in the region, representing clients in the construction, manufacturing, hospitality, transportation, real estate, and property management industries.  Mr. Gogarty’s practice involves all aspects of the litigation process, from pre-suit investigations through trial.  He has participated in numerous mediations and has successfully negotiated many settlements.  Prior to his career in civil litigation, Mr. Gogarty was a felony prosecutor in Colorado Springs.
