Mr. King concentrates his practice on construction law and commercial litigation. Mr. King represents design professionals, general contractors, and property owners in construction and contract disputes, with an emphasis on construction defect and construction delay claims. Prior to joining The Holt Group, Mr. King worked in highly-respected boutique Denver law firms specializing in complex commercial, construction defect, and real estate fraud litigation. He has significant experience in all phases of litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
